The BA platform is product and carrier agnostic, which helps us stay ahead of the curve on cutting edge products as markets evolve. Carriers compete for “shelf space” within our inventory warehouse. In turn, they’re competing to serve our partners’ groups and members.

Through our integrated web-based portal, it’s easy to get product information and rates; complete applications: gain binding coverage; access ID cards; and make payments via ACH or payroll deduction. All policy information for each customer is maintained and accessible through the BA portal. The entire process, end to end, is electronic.
